In an era of globalization and economic progress The Notepad Factory takes its responsibilities regarding the environment and society. Given the continuing growth it feels an obligation  to look to the future with an awareness of social and ecological responsibility to the environment, employees, suppliers and customers.
This is the only way we can continue our successful business.
This statement provides the principles and values of our obligations and explains the conditions we set for ourselves and our suppliers.

Environment
As a leading notepad specialist,  we consider our focus on ecology to be a fundamental principle. Our adhesive products are treated with a water-soluble coating. In this application, our products are unique. TNF works exclusively with paper suppliers for whom ecological and ethical principles are of high value and purchase commodities through environmentally sound and sustainable forestry. Our paper suppliers are selected according to recognized international standards (FSC, ISO 9000, ISO 14001, PEFC etc.).

Quality
The wishes of our clients are central and requires that TNF always produces excellent products and provides excellent service.
Every supply of note pads is subject to strict quality control. The production control ensures a safe, environmentally friendly and smooth production process.

Suppliers
The Notepad Factory trust some of its work to reliable and competent suppliers. All our suppliers and partners in Europe and Asia have to conform to socially acceptable working conditions and production processes, applicable international human rights, environmental laws and the principles of equality.

Ethics 
For The Notepad Factory employment is based on mutual trust and responsibility. This principle also applies to our collaboration with partners and customers, as every one contributes  to the success and reputation of The Factory Notepad!
